Review our restaurant menus designed with Maritime Cuisine and Local products. Groups of 8 people or more will be subject to an automatic 16% gratuity. Our Chef , Joe Gillis, incorporates fresh local product from both the sea and farms. A family owned and operated Wolfville Restaurant for 50 years, in our full service hotel. Our Restaurant offers both fine dining & lighter selections for travelers.

Acadien Dining Room
The Acadian Room Wolfville Restaurant is a special dining experience for so many reasons… the glow of firelight from the massive stone fireplace, antiques and architecture reflecting the history and culture of the Annapolis Valley, and large windows overlooking a land and sea woven together with centuries-old Acadian dykes. All this plus quality, local fruits and vegetables, favourite seafood and meats professionally prepared with attention to taste and presentation.
The Acadian Room is the right choice whether the occasion is a romantic dinner for two, an important luncheon meeting or holiday family dining. Dining room opens at 5:00pm until 8:30pm for dinner only (reservations recommended). Hotel Quiet Lounge
The Acadian Lounge is an extension of the Acadian Room Restaurant. Comfortable seating, intimately arranged, creates a quiet and relaxing Wolfville Bar or pub atmosphere for cocktails before dinner or after a day of exploring the countryside. The Lounge also provides access to our rooftop sundeck for fresh air and photo opportunities.
The hotel bar offers several local wines, including Tidal Bay which is the region’s exclusive wine. Garrison Ale is also the house ale on tap. No need to go downtown to a Wolfville Pub when you can relax on our patio sundeck and enjoy flavourful local food and wines.
