Are tickets transferable to another day/time?
Yes, if there is availability.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets to the tastings are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another tasting time or another person by emailing entertainment@theoldo.com

Can I buy wine to take home while I’m there?

Yes! You can purchase wine from individual wineries.

Do vendors accept cash or cards?
Each individual vendor will have their own method of payment. However, if you need cash, we have an ATM onsite.

What if I want to sample more products than I have tickets for?
Extra tickets can be bought at the registration desk for $2.00 each.  

How can I buy tickets?
Tickets to each tasting are available at oldorchardinn.com or can be purchase at the front desk.

Is there parking available?
Parking is available on a first come first served basis.

Will there be beer, cider or spirits at the festival.
There will be a small presence of each at the tastings.

Is there a shuttle or car service available?
There is no official transportation to and from the festival. Transportation can be arranged by calling the following services.

Is accommodation included in the tasting price?
No. However, we have packages available with great prices that include many or all of the festival events.

Are pets allowed at the festival.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the ballroom during tastings. It is a food and safety violation.

Are children permitted in the festival.
Valley Wine Fest is a 19+ event.

Is outside food and drink permitted at the festival.
No, there are lots of fabulous vendors for you to choose from.

Is photography permitted.
Yes

Are there accommodations for individuals with disabilities?
Old Orchard Inn is equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities.

What should attendees do in case of emergency?
Alert front desk to any problem or ask any staff member for help.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

How can I get tickets to the Gala Dinner?
Tickets to the Gala Dinner are available only with the VIP Weekend Package.

Can I get a weekend pass to all events?
Tickets to tastings and the barn Dances are all sold separately. If you would like access to all the events you can purchase the Sip and Stay VIP Weekend Package.

Is the event indoors only?
Yes, the tastings are in Orchard Hall and the Gala is in the Acadian Dining Room.
